America's deadly tornadoes

The twister that devastated Moore, Oklahoma, on 20 May was a tragedy for this suburban community in the heart of Tornado Alley. The US is no stranger to such disasters, as this map of the Moore tornado (red circle) and other fatal tornadoes from 1950 to 2012 reveals.
